Complete Planning Package

Gathered Events Complete Planning Package are for couples who want a full-time wedding professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding day including on-day coordination.

We will work together with you to create your dream day. The Complete planning package includes (but is not limited to) assistance with:

• An initial detailed consult

• Wedding supplier recommendations, negotiations, and bookings

• Unlimited face-to-face meetings throughout the planning process

• Attendance at supplier meetings

• Wedding concept design and vision board

• Full liaison with suppliers

• Development and distribution of wedding run sheet

• Budget management

• Unlimited contact via phone & email with Gathered Events

• Present at the wedding rehearsal

Partial Planning Package

Gathered Events Partial Planning Package is an ideal option for couples who have already completed aspects of wedding planning and require less assistance than the Full Planning Package.

Depending on what stage you are in with planning your wedding, we will work together with you and provide:

• Styling advice

• Development of on-day run-sheet

• Distribution of contact list and run sheet to all wedding suppliers and venue
