Hello! I’m Bonnie White, founder of Gathered Events and long-time lover of a good party!
I’ve been organising things since I can remember— organising the family holidays, endless to-do lists, taking sleepover itineraries a bit too seriously, teenage birthday parties marquees in paddocks, you name it, I planned it.
No surprises I ended up here.

Fast forward over a decade and I’m still doing what I love - planning unforgettable events across Victoria. These days it’s a little more refined than my marquee-in-a-paddock party days, but the heart of it is still the same: bringing people together to celebrate.

I know planning a wedding can feel overwhelming.
Once the excitement of getting engaged settles, reality kicks in - suppliers, timelines, budgets, logistics. It’s a lot.
That’s where I come in. I take away the stress, bring clarity to the process and make planning feel simple (and even enjoyable).
